Who is responsible
Mammoth Enterprises Ltd is the controller of the personal data described in this notice, which covers the operation of this website and enquiries sent to us. Where the company handles personal data in the course of client work, its role and responsibilities are set out in the agreement with that client. The company is registered in England and Wales, number 17389143; the registered particulars are set out in the footer of every page.
For anything to do with privacy, including the requests described below, write to sales@ai-mammoth.com, or by post to the registered office shown in the footer.
This website
This site sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no tracking, no tag manager and no embedded third-party content, and it makes no requests to any third party while you read it. There is no contact form.
The site collects no personal data from you. Nothing on these pages records who you are, where you came from or what you looked at. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
The site is served by a hosting provider that keeps its own server logs, which include the IP address of each request, as an ordinary part of delivering the site and keeping it secure. We do not use those logs to identify visitors and we do not combine them with anything else. They are retained by the provider under its own arrangements.
If you send an enquiry
When you email us, we hold what you send: your name, your company, your email address and the contents of your message, together with our replies.
We use it to answer you and to carry that conversation forward. We do not use it for anything else.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to someone who has chosen to contact us about our services, and keeping a record of that correspondence. If an enquiry becomes an engagement, we hold the same information to perform the contract with you.
We keep enquiry correspondence for up to seven years, in line with the company's records retention practice, and then delete it.
Client work
Where we are engaged by a client, the personal data we encounter is the client's, held in the client's systems and handled on the client's instructions under a written agreement. We do not use it for our own purposes.
Others who help us
We use a small number of specialist subcontractors and service providers. Where any of them could encounter personal data, they are bound by written terms no less protective than this notice, they act only on our instructions, and we remain responsible for what they do.
Where personal data is handled outside the United Kingdom, we put in place a transfer mechanism recognised under UK data protection law before it moves.
Automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you by automated means, and we do not profile you.
Your rights
Over the personal data we hold about you, you have the right to:
- ask what we hold and receive a copy of it
- have it corrected if it is wrong or incomplete
- have it deleted
- restrict or object to what we do with it
- receive it in a portable form
Email sales@ai-mammoth.com and we will respond within one month. Exercising these rights costs you nothing.
Complaints
If you think we have handled your personal data badly, tell us first and we will try to put it right.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority for data protection. Its complaint route is at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. Complaining to us first does not affect your right to go to the ICO.
